Hello Friends!
Here are today's Bingo numbers:
38 . . . 14 . . . 28
It looks like Owner Girl's laptop is feeling better! So now it has lots of work to do helping me visit all my friends but first I want to tell you about my visit to the stoopid vet's office.
It all started with a postcard.
Owner Girl got a cute little postcard from the vet about a month ago that said it was almost time for me and The Cat to come in for our vaccinations. I wish someone had shown me that postcard first cuz I woulda ripped it right up! Anyways, so Owner Girl called the vet and made an appointment for me, The Cat and Lynx.
I was very excited to get to go for a ride when we left the house. I thought for sure we were going on a great adventure full of dog bones and ice cream! But when I hopped in the car, I was surprised to see The Cat and Lynx in their cat carriers. We started driving and those two cats meow Meow MEOWED all the way to the vet's. I was happy enough to be there at first cuz there was LOTS of peemail to read outside! Then we had to go inside and wait.
Here are the cats in their carriers.
And here I am waiting with Owner Boy.
Then it was time to get weighed. The Cat (Beta) and I did a great job staying still on the scale but Lynx kept trying to run right off it! Finally the vet tech had to hold him still so that they could get his weight!
Then it was time to go into THE ROOM! Owner Boy carried the cats in but as soon as I got to the door of THE ROOM, I stopped and would not move! I guess I finally remembered about those vaccinations they were planning on giving me! So Owner Girl had to pick me up and carry me in there.
Then the vet came in and looked us over and talked with The Owners about lots of boring stuff. She poked me and Lynx twice with those dumb vaccinations! Lucky Beta only needed one!
Here is Beta just relaxing on her cat carrier before her turn with the vet.
And here I am on the table so that the vet could take a better look at me!
The Owners asked if I was too chubby and the vet said yes (how rude!) She said I was just a little over weight and that I should get less treats and more walks. Lucky for her she also said that she LOVED my collar so I forgave her for the pokes and everything. Just as I was starting to like the vet, she said we were all set and it was time to leave! When we got home I decided it was time for a nice long nap. Going to the vet really tires a doggie out!

Hi Tibby,
I'm with you on this. I hate going to the vet cause I dislike having strangers touch me and those shots hurt!
Banjo likes going cause he enjoys all the attention. The ladies ohhh and ahhh over him. It's sickening really but he eats it up and doesn't care what they do to him.

The vet is not so bad, huh? They have lots of foodables anyway.

We are not really into needles at the vets. Sorry the car ride wasn't to a fun dog park. But it is good to find out you and your friends are in good shape.
Also, we think you are very cute Tibby.

Hi, Tibby...
I'm glad your computer is feeling better...
I got that little Vet Post Card the other day, too...So, my Mom picked up the phone right away & called to tell him when I can come...
Not looking forward to it...I think he's gonna tell me I'm getting a little chubby, too...

Hey Tibby wanted to let you know that the code you gave me for my bingo card is not working, I have tried several different ways, could you send it again? Thanks for stopping by in my absence. =)
THANK GOODNESS the Girl's best friend is a Vet... he makes housecalls!
We all hate going to the vet too but at least it sounds like all is well other than the weight deal. We think you look great just as you are

Hi, Tibby!
I love car rides too but not the ones that end at the Vet!
I hope you are not going to be on a diet! It is not fun!
Take care
Kisses and hugs

Hi Tibby! Glad everything went okay at the vet's. My favorite part of going to the vet is sniffing around the corners of the examination room while I'm waiting for the vet to come in - very interesting.
See ya!
Joey
We don't like the vet either, Tibby and we can't wait to get out of his office and back into our car and go home! That was very rude of her to tell you that you were chubby! We sure hope your treats don't have to stop!
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
i love the vet, because they always fuss over me, and the doctors carry me around! - benny & hansel
Going to the vets is never nice. Glad you are ok.
Simba and Jazzi xx
Hi Tibby,
Glad your computer is feeling better because I've missed you coming to visit!!
And I can't believe the vet said you were chubby! You look fine to me!
Glad those dreaded vaccinations are over for another year!

Jack is also a bit... robust! He is working on losing some weight too! Good luck!
